Justification For The Price
Elephone have comprised the U  and U pro frames from aluminium and the back is made of glass.The only other justification for the price can I see is the 10 point AMOLED screen,  most Chinese androids have less responsive 5 point touch screen.

I could speculate that perhaps the cost of elephone expanding or maybe marketing is responsible for the cost of the Elephone U. These two aforementioned speculations could be apart of the reason you are less likely to have heard of these other MTK6763 Chinese brand phones that offer more value for less money. So how much is the Elephone U? The 6GB Ram version with 128GB Rom is only $389.99 while on sale, did you sense the sarcasm at the lowest price?
